Wrong Port when printing
assuming you mean you are connecting to two separate parallel ports, then your bios settings may have not been set correctly(duplex operation - bidirectional data allowed) or your ports may have been moved by other added hardware, ie your bios may be poor at doing that especially if the parallel ports are on add in card. but since you gave us none of that information, i would try uninstalling both then just add the 1200 first on the first(other) LPT. see what it manages on the one that works on its own. if its ok which it should be then try adding the 1500 after see what happens to both then.
Printer goes out of network
Two possible problems. Move the printer closer to the wireless router, and if that doesn't work, it is probably a failure in the printer. Also, see if there is a setting on your printer to force it to try to reconnect automatically.
Not a valid image file.
This sounds like something on the Hardware, on the way its uploading onto the computer.
Does it do this with every image you try to scan onto PDF?
Dns server prob
Click on start>run>cmd. Then type in ipconfig /all. That will give you the IP address to your gateway and any other address you need.

D-Link DP-300U
The DP-300U can be accessed with the password SYSxxxx, where "xxxx" is the last four digits of the unit's MAC address. The MAC address can be found printed on a sticker on the bottom of the unit.
Lost Password
Default IP is 192.168.0.10
There is no default password.
BTW-did you try that yet? No password that is....
