My Wieser power-bolt 1000 has stopped working. The batteries are good and drive motor runs but the deadbolt does not move in or out even with the door open.

Weiser lock Smartcode 5. I neglected to set the autolock switch to off and it tries to re lock itself every 30 seconds or so. How do I fix this?
