Hi

Here are a couple of solutions

Solution A
-click a cell on your active pivot,
-right click, check "grand total for columns" / "rand total for rows"

Solution B
-click on tools customize
-check box "pivot table"
-click on the Pivot Table Tab, down arrow,
-click on Subtotals
