Where do the white and yellow RCA cables go on my smart TV

The should go to the female colour coded RCA jacks on the TV if they are not present then your TV doesn't natively support them and you may need to buy a SCART to RCA adapter.

It might be an RF cable problem. Try an RCA to F type connector. You might be able to pick one up at radioshack.

I just purchased a new in box Atari 5200 4 controller system. I have hooked the cable to the switchbox and then connected the coax coming out of the switchbox to the ant. in on the tv - but all I get

best way is to hook it to vcr the vcr will help with the video and sound to work

Windows will search for the driver and install it for you. You may want to contact the software vendor for help, they know better then anyone what is needed.
