We have Performance Now Version 4.0.0.10 and it will not run on Windows 7. Is it suppose to run on Windows 7? If not, what version does run on Windows 7?

It may not run on Windows 7. Windows 7 by default tells you if there is known compatibility isuues with the software. I suggest looking up their website. It probably has info on the latest release of the software.

Testimonial: "The solution was to tell me to look-up the software vendor on the Internet and see if that software is compatible with Windows 7. A solution but ??"

I've had limited success with installing and running the software in Windows 7 XP Mode (Virtual Machine). If you're not familiar with how to do this, you can ask your IT department.

We are running Performance Now on Windows 7. Here is what I did to get it to work. First, there are two updates you need to install - PFE_4026_Update, and PFE_4027_Update. That will bring you up to version 4.02.7. Next, you have to run Performance Now as Administrator. Right-click on the shortcut, and choose Run As Administrator from the menu.
