This error means Imaging Unit ATDC (automatic toner density control) failure. Open and close the right side door where the imaging unit is. If the code comes back you are going to need Imaging Unit service or possible Imaging Unit replacement. The best option and the cheapest is to locate a new imaging unit and replace it yourself. These units are very easy to change and similar to replaceing a toner cartridge in any laser printer. Just do a search for Di200 Imaging Unit.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.

Is the copier is brand new out of the box? If so you have to call a dealer or a good friend that works on them to help you by pass the set-up error code. They put that little curve in to stop none dealer from installing there copiers.. Good Luck......
