I want to get rid of Google Chrome! I can't access any of my notices because an outline of a head keeps coming up and blocking my access to everything.
If you like Google Chrome you can try repairing it. Look in upper right corner, click the 3 dots, click settings, scroll to bottom and hit advanced, scroll to bottom and click restore defaults. You can also click clean up just below and check for harmful software. You may be experiencing a result from that.

If you are running windows 10 you can use Microsoft edge. If you want to use internet explorer you will need to access it by right clicking start, click file explorer, double click local disk, (usually disk C) Double click program files, Double click internet explorer, look for iexplore.exe, right click and choose pin to taskbar. You will now access it from taskbar. Hope this helps.
