When you use your remote start system the vehicle will run aprox. 15min. ( depends on your settings,check your manual) But will go thru a cycle and shut it self off and then restart the vehicle again until you either push the remote stop button,depress the brake,open the hood or insert the key.

Depending on the number of output channels - the installer could have installed on any of the channels and that would dictate which buttons to press.

if it is not set on the AUX (output 2) button, then try...

1. Lock + unlock at the same time - output 3
2. * + AUX at the same time - output 4
3. Lock + Aux at the same time - output 5
4. Lock + * at the same time - output 6

You have not given the model # of the unit - so these are viper's STANDARD remote controm configurations.

U didn't explain y u wanna reset the immobilizer system.. Is it ur MB immobilizer system lock n car can't start or ur remote can activate ur centre locking system..? If yes try dissemble the mob key ( key with a big round button ) n use the key lock/unlock rear trunk n press ur mob key point to rear mirror at the same time..
