Send it to a lock smith. The outfit that makes these locks are being sued because of the way they can break apart in seconds.

Forgotten cipher lock combo
First, you need to have access to both sides of the lock (door must be open).
If you are technically able, you can disassemble the lock, remove the combination unit and take the cover off of it. From there you can determine the combination and then re-assemble. The instructions for this can be found online.
If you are not technically able, you should not attempt this and bring the lock to a locksmith or get a new one.
