Don't refill toner cartridges on professional business machines. In most cases it is against the terms of the lease, as there is a clause for the company to supply toner, and they know when toner cartridges are changed. Also the quality is different and may damage the machine.

Your Paper Tray has Letter size in it and Microsoft Word is set to A4 (or Legal). The 'Change Paper Tray' option is to remove the paper tray with Letter Size and replace it with A4 or tell the Printer to Print from Tray 2 (A4) rather than Tray 1 (Letter).
