Can't put more disks on my storage crypt. only recognizes three out of the six, even when I scan for hardware

You should try updating windows completely, and then try again. Windows 7 has a lot of issues like this without the correct updates installed.

I'm assuming that you have used a NTFS formatted stick on which you have placed an file that you have encrypted using the Windows encryption system. In that case you should try to force a detection of the file by using this

If not even this program recognizes its existence then the file is corrupted beyond repair, it's lost. Format the stick and use it for something else.
Otherwise the only way in which you can access and decode the file is the program that you used to encrypt it in the first place - you will have to reinstall it.
