problem is in software reinstall it and try again.

unplug everything and take out the RAM and boot see if bios come on. its possible a faulty peripheral is overloading teh power supply/motherboard

USUALLY IF YOUR PC JUST FROZE UP CONT-ALT-DEL STILL COULD COME UP BUT IT MIGHT TAKE A WHILE. YOU CAN CLOSE THE PROGRAM CAUSING THE FREEZE-UP AND CONTINUE. YOU WERE PROBABLY RUNNING TOO MANY PROGRAMS AND DRAINED YOUR PC'S RESOURCES. SHUT SOME DOWN BEFORE CONTINUING.

" Install from ZIP " might not be a command. .zip is a file type. It is usually a compressed file of some program. They might be suggesting that you select a file to be downloaded then unzip the file using an unzip utility program to uncompress it into an add-on program to be executed on your device.

Our duplicator at church did not come with directions. We used it for some time, them it came up with a display something like yours is now. That is unfortunate. I am going to presume you are running Windows 10? Have to tried to power off your machine and unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds. After plugging in hold down F11 then press the power button. This works for a HP machine. Also try to interrupt whats left of your boot process, that will need to be done three(3) times. You can do so by holding the power button down or pressing the reset button soon as it attempts to boot. Please comment back if it doesn't work.

Pull the fuse and replace it, check to see if it just got glitchy and needed a hard reboot.

I assume you have the sound on - it's a feature for blind people. Just search for narrator and turn it off.
