After I complete step 3 it asks me for the Host Address?? it doesn't give me the option to choose the type of scan...which I want to be PDF?

When I tried to scan error came that " Con not connect to PC . See Consumer Guide"
While my printer is connect with PC and I can print from it.
Now what i should do ?
