I have been trying to send text, but I receive a message that says "sending".  In the top left corner there is a triangle with a ! in the middle.  What does that mean?

It means that you can't send a message.. Your message will be save in your outbox.. Check whether: 1. You don't have enough load to send the message 2. Your phone don't have signal to send your message 3. Your recipients number is wrong (it maybe more or less)
then try to resend your message..
