message states Time Executable.Appname 1xcetime.exe.AppVer 0.1.11.5 ModName 1xceuldr.dll. ModVer 0.1.11.5 Offset 00019969,how do I resolve this problem,this message keeps appearing,message sent to microsoft several times.using windows XP

Download the StartupCPL.
When the download completes, open the zip file and run the Startup.exe file.
Look under each tab for 1xcetime.exe, or similar. Right click on the entry, and disable, or delete it.

You may also want to run a scan using Combofix. It is an excellent tool for removing problems, and it can find and fix problems Norton, and similar won't find or fix. Download Combofix here: http://www.infospyware.net/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
