To get a default code, you have to register your safe. If you have already registered it, then you can contact :

If you don't have it registered you have to register it before they choose to help you.
Also for these there should be a key as a bypass. Use a key.
I normally wouldn't recommend it, but as a how-to on your own, if you don't care to continue using it and if anyone knows what a pain it is to lose your key then you can search on you tube for how to videos. There are plenty willing to show you how. Wish you luck.
