Capacitors on DM Module

I have called tech support and they seem about as confused as an Amish Electrician, LOL. I figure off Im better off trying to get help on here as the local TV repair shop wants to charge $150 just to come out to my house to tell me whats wrong with the television. I have an issue with the blinking green timer light flashing in the front and the tv wont power up. I have read people on here talking about the 4 capacitors on the DM module, but I need to know where this is located and how to check the capacitors. If it's easy enough I would rather just replace them myself. Also where is the best place to order these capacitors if they need to be replaced.

Thanks,
Roger I just got the blinking green light and want to attempt to fix this problem myself.  I do not want to break anything on the WS-65713 so i just want to make sure i know what the dm board looks like before i take anything apart and make sure i can locate the capacitors (the exact capacitors and quantity) for this television. thank you very much for your time and help

I have the same blinking light problem on my own WS-65713. If someone could email me the repair instructions, I would greatly appreciate the help. My email is rfischer7@cox.net.

Thanks in advance for your help!

I just fixed the capacitors on my WS-65713. I can email you instructions with pictures if you wish. You will need to de-solder and solder on new capacitors but if you check out video instructions on utube you should be okay with some practice.
