This error relates to the scanner.
If you open the the document cover and turn on the main power, wait for the machine to begin it's warm up cycle, the scanner moves back an forth to get into it's "home position", do you see the green light, light up? If not, that is the likely problem.
However, these are other possible causes. All of which will require a tech:
- Defective exposure lamp
stabilizer
- Defective exposure lamp
connector
- Unclean scanner mirror
- Scanner mirror out of position
- Defective SBU board
- Defective SBU connector
- Lens block out of position

It's fusing unit but the thermistors connection can be good, but check do they are touching the surface of the hot roller and check do on the side where they are in touch with the surface of the hot roller has some attached toner on them.

This error means that there is a bad comunication between the controller board and the operation panel.
Did you intervew in the machine? Some tecnical intervewing?
