On your remote PRESS ON menu,
press yellow button enter your provider number V. M. is 5A 01
THEN in the 00 section
put in code 75 4A 66 04 CF 7F 55 F3 (NEW)
then in the 01 SECTION put in code 2A 09 4D DF CD 33 00 B9
