I DON'T KNOW HOW TO ENTER THE PASSCODE OR RESET THE PASSCODE. I have a Motorola W385 cell phone and I can't use my WEP 170 Samsung Bluetooth.
You cannot reset the passcode, however the default passcode is "0000"
I've forgot the pass word it is keep asking about the password..

Try dropping the wep460 from the connection list and
re-installing. That may work

must start with headset turned off.
1) turn on headset and keep your finger pressed until the blue light stays on
2) now let your phone search for the device. when it does select it
3) the pin is 0,0,0,0
4) then it should be matched

Won't pair. When I first paired I just hit enter...no passcode. Now it won't accept that with the new device. 0000 won't work
May be, You need make hard reset in serise center. I think, You can do it yourself, but don't know how to open case...
