This error is due to excessive concentration of toner in DP unit. Need dongle in this to remove the error.

You should never blow your machine. The error must be cleared by an authorized Canon/Oce service technician. There is no other way.

Please check rear door area for paper, can you use manual feed slot? Power off machine with all jams removed and paper loaded, then power on, can you tell us exact error message/lights that are shown in this state?

Stick a 1.5 inch tape onto the printhead cover where the strip runs thru. This will prevent this accident in future!

please confirm that no foregin object droped inside like (stapler-pins)--confirm that paper jam switch in good condition and it is lever not broken and can move in free motion.-chek for small pieces of torn paper and clean the paper path.
