Prints without a command

My 5610xi all-in-one frequently begins to print the current screen without a print command being given. It's necessary to push the cancel button on the printer. how to stop this? many thanks.

Goto Start, Settings, Printers.....does printer show that documents are pending or printing? If so then double-click on printer to open, then cancel all printjobs....this should clear it up.

It might be because of two reasons,
one is , check ur printer buffer, it might be restarting some old prints..

but, the prob might be the second as explained below

u might have installed some software , which might be running in the backround, and in tat , if some button or key is being assigned to print screen, then, when ever ur pressing tat key by mistake, or unknownling, the problem is occuring, so check ur backround softwares...or even installed softwares..
