take out any sd card inside your epad . if you tried installing an update recently you may have crashed the system and need to re-install it. what andriod os are you using? what epad brand.
You can restore your epad to factory settings by going to the settings menu > privacy > Factory data reset. and then your epad should be running normally again.

This means that your epad's inside screen is damaged and this means that your epad is completely gone. You will have to purchase another one.
