Imaging Unit calibration failure. This code means the machine is seeing a toner concentration in the Imaging Unit that is either to high or too low. This problem can only be resolved by a service technician. Salvaging the existing developer mixture is often not possible. The Imaging Unit will need the the developer replaced and calibrated via the service mode.

ATDC sensor malfunction.Enter in the service mode :
press the Utility key press STOP 0 0 Stop 0 1
select CLEAR DATA then select I/C counter and reset the counter press C.to exit press panel reset.

Minolta 1501 errorcode COF32

Remove the black image unit and shake it so that the developer and toner inside of it is spread along the entire length of the image unit. reseat it install it correctly. if not get a new one
