E020 on a Canon usually has to do with toner not being added to the dev unit. Make sure your machine is not out of toner. Outside of that, consult your manuals. Depending on the machine, an E020 may have sub-codes along with it. You will need a manual for that.
Uhhhhhhh.... as I said, more info would be good. Make, model ya know that silly stuff. After 20 years of copier/networked devices I would find it hard to tell you to cram toner in to an orifice that may not wish to have toner crammed into it. My point is that we like to help folks, REALLY we do. But for the love of God would you be so kind as to tell us if it as Ford ar a Buick. Oh, silly me , its a ..............copier, scanner, fax, document server, time machine? And it is a........ THE MANUFACTURER !!Then the model. Jeez
