ok i hit the rest button on the back of the machine and it erased all my memory off of it so i had to reprogram it .If u put 1234 in as a pin # it will open then press balance and hit enter and u can change your pin # there .

If you know the code, once the screen displays "withdrawal" "deposit"; press the "enter" key twice (the red light should blink each time pressed); the current code will be displayed, then you put in your new 4 digit code and press "enter". Your new code is set. If you DON'T know the code, you can simply remove the batteries and it will reset to 1234 and you would go through the same steps to change it. The toy maker's website is www.summittoys.com and you can find complete instructions.
