It is paid service and many providers give it. U may search them here at fixya or other mobile supportforum like GSMHOSTING, GSMHELP etc. No one can give u such code because it is part of Nokia security. The code is as per cell'sunique IMEI and only can be obtained by professional software toolslike BB5 box and other compitable tools. It is advisable to visitnearby mobile technician who have such box. He will charge u forthat. If it sounds informative do not forget to vote.
