E250 problem how to install softwres and games in samsung E250 using memory card?

I also have a samsung e250 and i followed these instruction and it worked...

You must download two programs the SoftickPPP which you can download in this link: (if this link is not working try google you can find many sources)

last is the uploader.exe

Download the 2 programs and install the first program configure its setting on bluetooth/serial and choose the general serial port you are using for example: \device\mdm0 then press OK

Your fone must be connected to the pc via bluetooth or usb cable.

open uploader.exe and add the jad file of the game you want to install... then activate softick, which you can see in the taskbar right click the green icon and select activate softick.

OTA type setting
then
Serial bearer OTA
then save

activate SoftickPPP which you can see in the taskbar right click the green icon and select activate softick.

then
PPP UP
then
choose usb port (if you are connected via usb cable) or bluetooth
then
Serial Download
(sometimes the fone restarts during this procedure, just inactivate your softick while the fone restarts and activate it again...

you can see java screen when the game is being uploaded...

You have 2 ways to install Softwares etc. to the Memory Card of your Phone : -

(A) Use the Data Cable that would have accompanied your Phone (See the Box of your Phone for all the articles that came with your Phone). Connect your Computer to the Phone via the Data Cable. Now, follow the Instructions in the Software Guide.

(2) Eject the Memory card from your Phone and insert it in the Card Reader and connect the Card Reader to your PC and follow the Instructions in the Software Guide.
