Cannot move the pointer
Either the computer is not detecting the mouse (was it correctly plugged-in to the computer when you started the computer?) or the mouse's battery is dead, or something else inside the mouse is broken.
Try a different mouse.
Try the mouse in a different computer.
SOURCE: logitech wireless laser mouse will
change the batteries of the mouse if that didnt work.
try to clean the otycan head of mouse.
