I have a yellow hazard sign next to 6TO4 in my Device manager window. I was told to right click and update them. I ahve done this to all three and after checking online my laptop says
Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date
and the yellow hazards are still there. Not sure what to do or if I should just ignore it, please help as I think this may affect my laptop running properly. Thanks in advance
Usually the yellow hazzard signs are an indication that there is a problem either with the device as in (a conflict) or bad device or more likely a driver problem it may have not installed fully or be just a bad driver. You can uninstall the device by going into device manager in safe mode usually (F8) when first starting up computer then click properties and remove the devices with hazzard sign by right clicking on device and left click remove then find new drivers and when machine restarts it will find the new devices and ask for new drivers. It sounds like Windows is not recognizing the digital signature of the drivers. If they are the current Dell drivers, you can simply ignore the flags.
If you are bothered by them, you can try removing the device from the D.M. and re-installing to try to resetting the digital signatures. (this may not remove the flags)

6to4 adapter is a component used for transmitting IPv6 packets trough IPv4 network correctly.
In some scenarios, there will be a code 31 or code 10 error appearing beside this component. A possible reason is, the network adapter doesn’t support this feature. You may update the driver for your network adapter or chipset, and then try to uninstall and reinstall the this component.
To uninstall the component, right-click the item in Device Manager and select Uninstall.
To reinstall the component, in Device Manager, Action – Add Legacy Hardware – Next – “Install the hardware that I manually select from a list” – Network adapters – Microsoft – Microsoft 6to4 Adapter – Next – Finish the wizard.
If the steps above doesn’t solve the problem, your network adapter is not a supportive one for this component. You can completely ignore this error, if there isn’t IPv6 network deployed in the environment. The error won’t affect your system.
To remove the error message, please right-click the Command Prompt and run as administrator, type the command netsh in 6to4 set state disable, press Enter. The component will be disabled and hidden.

If this does not help, it happened probably after a recent update in March. Use system restore and go back a few weeks and try a past restore point before the updates.
