Google Analytics Logo

Where in the HTML do I paste the Google Analytics tracking code? I pasted it just before the '[/body]' tag at the end of the template, but the status on the overview page is "Tracking Unknown". I use www.blogger.com. Help?

My blog is public and listed in as many places as possible. Your solution re-stated what I had to do in the first place, I'm sorry but it solves nothing.

When you say 'some time', how much time are we talking?

    Hi,

    In the Blogger Template, paste the code at the end of the template just before the last tag (See Example below)

    =======================

    ===================

    After inserting the Google analytics tag in the template, check your Analytics account and see if it is tracking or not (Sometimes it may take some time before tracking to start)

    Also, make sure your blog is not set as a private blog and in the Permissions it is set to "Anybody" can view it.

    Hope this solves your problem. For more help and clarifications, please reply to this post.s Thanks for using FixYa.
