Hi,If your handset asks for PUK code, you need to contact the service provider and provide them 20 digit sim number for the PUK code .
Service provider numbers will be toll free.
Once you get the PUK code, enter it . And then it will ask for new PIN number, you need to enter 0000 twice.
If you forget the security code, you get this error.. The default security code for nokia is 12345 If you forgot you can generate master code using your IMEI, which can be viewed by pressing *#06# .
