A friend has give me a LIfebook T4010D, but it hasn't pen, and I can not find it. I've try use the pc with other pen different and it doesn't work. It's neccesary that the pen was the original?? Where can I buy one??

Sounds like the pen packed up, they do that but normally become intermittent first. Without a source of another pen to determine the nature of the fault, may I suggest a modest solution.
A pen that will function and also be an acceptable fit in the slot is available on eBay, - See - # 140504970431. A good price, and an exceptional supplier. At least it will confirm a pen or a screen problem.

It could also be the logic board. Usually, there are weep / drainage holes in the bottom of the laptop. See if there's any traces of moisture there, and you'll know if it got wet or not.
Sounds like it could have been wet. You could try replacing the keyboard.
