The knob on our crock pot lid is broken. How do I get a new one?
The same happened to my Rival Crockpot knob on the glass lid. HELP
Some models of Rival crockpots were included in a safety recall due to handles that break. You might want to check www.rivalrecall.com and see if your model and vintage is included.

I have a Rival Crock Pot Model # 33511 abd the lid is fine byt the handle has broken. As there are no other problems with the crock pot I hate to have to buy a new one.
