There is an application to identify forgotten MMC password. install MMCpwd application and find it. its the only easy way.
You have just one problem here:
Switch your phone on, if you can't because you have forgotten your PIN number, try this;
Try typing #pwd# and then send (green button). It will reset your password to the the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Then you can reset your password back to what ever one you can remember.
After that you can formay your memory card.
