Hi!... I have the same phone as yours... That menu is preloaded by the manufacturer and unlike other popular branded phones, these Chinese Phones aren't that user-friendly... So just get used to it and be satisfied with the features that it has...
if this doesnt work you will have to Flash a new firmw ware on the phone. I avoid sellars of these phones who are in china. only buy from the states.
