If you want to use any online proxy server. you have to search for them www.proxify.org will serve many proxy servers . Then u will get a IP address with the port number . U have to open your browser Internet Explorer, in that go to Options--> Tools ---> Connections . in that u will see proxy server settings. There you have to enter the proxy IP address and the port number.

This is a brain-dead system default setting from Microsoft. If your company/network requires you to use a proxy server, they can make it happen invisibly to you. There is nothing wrong with turning it off except that your connection might slow down if there is a proxy on your network and you don\'t use it. Proxy can cache (save recent pages) and/or restrict your access (filter porn sites). Filtering should be invisible or not configurable by users. The MS default is just plain wrong.

Hola someone tell me how to change up into proxy server help.
What is your default browser? Settings for using a Proxy server differs from each browser. For example, The settings for Mozilla Firefox browser are as follows,
  1. Click Tools->Options;
  2. "General", "Connection Settings";
  3. Select "Manual Proxy Configuration";
  4. Enter proxy IP and port to appropriate fields;
  5. Click OK to close Connection Settings;
  6. Click OK to close Options;
  7. Reload browser.
You must also be aware that the use of proxy servers without the express permission from the owner of the proxy server may be illegal in some states and/or countries. Use at your own risk.
Using a Proxy server masks your real IP address with a masked IP address. You can ensure this by visiting www.IP-Details.Com and check your IP before and after using a Proxy server.

A proxy server is a server that acts as an intermediary between your computer and other servers. Right now, your system is configured to use a proxy, but Google Chrome can't connect to it.
Here are some suggestions:
If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or check with your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working.
If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, try the following steps: Go to Wrench menu > Options > Under the Hood > Change proxy settings > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN."
Error 130 (net::ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED): Proxy server connection failed."
