Hi,
We might have to look for an option to format the drive to get this message away try ,
Click > Start > RUN > type "CMD" Then
Type "CHKDSK" and type your Pendrive and "/F". Ex. chkdsk Q: /F > Enter
Ok, You may see many Error Messages.
Now, you remove your pendrive and plug again.
Try to format. (My Computer > Right Click on the pendrive > Quick Format )
It works well.
