Cannot get google or gmail on this computer - Google Computers & Internet

1. Go to the sign in page of the product (for Google Accounts it is myaccount.google.com).
2. Enter your Gmail username (everything that appears before '@gmail.com').
3. Enter your password.

1. Sign in to the Account preferences page.
2. Click Delete products. You may need to sign in to your account again.
3. Next to Gmail, click Delete .
4. Follow the instructions on the screen, then choose Remove Gmail.

1. Go to www.gmail.com
2. Click on the "Create an account" button
3. Fill out the forms, follow the rules for username and Password
4. Complete your account creation.
5. You will then have a Gmail account AND a Google account.
6. Once you are logged into your Gmail, you will have access to all of the Google Account features
7. Look for the 9 square-dots icon near the upper right corner of your Gmail page, clicking on that will give you access to other features, such as Google Drive. Calendar, Photos, etc.

2. Follow the steps on the screen to set up your account.
3. Use the account you created to sign in to Gmail.

• Already being used
• Very similar to an existing username (for example, if example@gmail.com already exists, you can't use examp1e@gmail.com)
• The same as a username that someone used in the past and then deleted
• Reserved by Google to prevent spam or abuse
