Theone I got is asking for an access code before it will work.
How do I determine that code, or reset it?
Had a power failure. Back up battery must be dead. Now the machine is prompting for an access code before we can send. Does not receive either. Need to get rid of this request for access code. The battery that holds the settings has gone dead, so when it lost power it lost the settings. change this in function 9, access code is model number, press yes a couple of times until you see set access cose, press clear until spaces are blank, the press no. Save this you will need it again if it loses power. there should be a serial number plate on the back of the machine. The error code 41 is usually a bad image cartridge
