Flash your phone Rom and update it software. if problem still persists then thee problem with the hardware part.
Hi my nokia phone got switched off automatically n then did not start gain ....chked with local nokia dealer the restarted it saying that its reformatted ...built after that it didn't start ...is the any way i can get my memory contacts n then reinstall the software ...
