Please describe the error you are receiving. There are very few errors that can be resolved by using the Evolis driver/utility to send commands directly to the printer.

Start - in the search box type CMD - right click on "CMD" and select "run as admin". You will get a black screen with blinking cursor. Here you can type the printer command and hit "enter" on the keyboard to fix error. You can also visit WWW.techsupportall.com and from the top heading select " printer fixes" option under computer fix
