Press and hold the power button until the display lights up with a symbol of some kind. If that does not work it probably needs charging or a replacement battery or servicing.
I'm not familiar with your particular tablet, but I have one that occasionally acts this way. If I leave it on charge a couple of days, it usually comes back and works. I've replaced the battery, and it still does this on occasion. Most the time it is okay. Check the battery is charged - it may be duff and nee replaced if it is not charging or your power adaptor may not be charging it - check it with a multimeter - the power socket on laptops andf tablets are very susceptible to damage - if that fails then plug it into a pc using the usb port - it will charge very slowly as usb only has a very low charge current but be patient and if it charges up after 12 hours using the usb method you will know one way or another whether its the battery or the power socket or charger.

The battery on the zeepad 7.0 is located inside,first turn off unit then take a fine blade insert the blade ever so gently between the edge you'll see the seam with the blade inserted pry downward along the edge you'll hear it pop open as you pry down.
Hi, Zeepad battery is PBS01SHz10 is a japanese battery, similar to nokia BL-5k battery. Open a zeepad is easy, the problem to find these kind of battery. I am thinking in change the internal connector to adapt the nokia n86 battery, is more easy to find almost here in Venezuela.
