device code

I am currently trying to activate my tomtom onto my acer but i am being asked for a device code. where can i find this? please someone help!

maybe tomtom asks for the 'device id' instead?

To find the device id go to 'Start/Settings' select the 'System' page, then select the 'About' icon. Select the 'Device ID' and you see it in the 'Device name' field.
