3)Click the return items button on the right side
4)Click the checkmark of the products you want to return
5)Then select a reason
6)Briefly explain the problem
7)Click continue
8)Click way to resolve problem
9)Click continue
10)Schedule a pickup date
11)Change address if needed
12)Click submit
