I used TN616toner C & M in my C220. after some copy, there is lining & Shedow cyan & Megantin cyan & Megenta.

in section 4.4.1 shows you how to change devloper and how many counts/copies when need change.

I used TN616toner Cyan & Magenta toner in my C220, insert this new toner after 1000 copy there are problem in printing,
So our Engineer changed Developer Powder of Cyan & Magenta
but now In Magenta Colour there is Small Dots & In cyan colourprint not very well.
Now Engineer Said Cyan & Megenta Devloping Unit Problem becouse of Toner.
help me if you have any suggestion

Yes Cyan Drum replaced & cyan & magenta developer powder changed
sorry Megenta Drum changed not cyan
So you have changed the toner for the Cyan and Megenta
and the megenta drum has been changed. Go to the manualhttp://www.tiendatinta.com/manuales/koni... and on page 62 and compare to see if you are following when to change Developing unit, drum unit, fusing unit, transfer belt unit.
