I use to be able to click on "Refresh" but now it's gone.
Refreshing a website is as simple as hitting "F5" on your keyboard, most times. Alternatively you can right click within the header of your browser and you should see something like "view"... Inside are all the different configurations that browser accepts. It's possible that the last update has toggled something removing the visual button for refresh.
