Look for it in the front of the machine bottom right, it is a door about 4 by 4 inches. If you cant find it look into your user manual under filter cleaning. Push to open, unscrew the plastic and be prepared for much water. Clean out the clogging and residue; this should be done periodically according to usage. What detergent does the book say, use front loading powders, they clean better.

hello fo2 means if the drain time exceeds 8 minutes the water valves are turned off and f/02 flashes. things to check / check the drain hose for any kinks and blockages check the electrical connection to the pump make sure the pump is running / check the drain pump filter make sure its not block if these do not sort the problem replace the pump. to clear the display press pause and cancel to clear good luck

HI. this code represents a Long Drain issue.
If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and F02 is flashed.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
NOTE: After 4 minutes the “Sud” error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.
Potential Causes
• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked
• Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
• Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects
• If the above does not correct the problem replace the pump

"F02" is a Long Drain error. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes this error code will be displayed. In addition, a "SUDS" error may also be generated as a secondary error. This is an indication of a drain pump problem and/or clog in the drain line. You will need to check the following:

3. Remove the drain pump filter and check for foreign objects and/or debris.
