The easiest way to get the PUK code is to call your service provider, such as T-Mobile or Verizon. They need to verify your cell phone number and your IMEI number and they will provide you with the PUK code.

The PUK code is the pin unlock code. Ufortunately if your phone is asking for this you must call customer care. You will need the account holders name and last four of the social for customer care to give you the number. There is one hold up. If you entered in a worng code to the point where it now says PUK2, you must go to a store and get a new sim card. This is the only way to get past it now. I would sugest an extra sim card in wich you put your address book on, in case you run into this again. You can have a sim card that is not active and keep it in your jewlry box or top drawr

Ring your provider to get your puk code

If you log onto your companys website under your account and go to the option that says devices you can get the puk code- different than a pin code. If you enter in too many numbers it will permanently block your sim card and you will have to buy a new sim card from your cell phone company- they are about $20......... DO NOT give out your personal or cell phone info on the internet or too anyone????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
