Format changes When I copy and paste text from one document to another, the letter case changes from lowercase to uppercase. Why does this happen and how do I prevent it?

Not sure what application you are using but a thought would be that the style that is attached to the paragraph that you are copying the text to in the other document has upper case as a default. I have just tried this in word and it appears to affect the text that you are copying. Hope this helps.
